January 31, 2011
Our team was able to attend a very beautiful event in Mesa Arizona on the last weekend of January. This is the Mekong Annual Tet Festival in Mesa Arizona. The festival was from January 29-30 at the Mekong Plaza in Mesa Arizona (www.mekongplaza.com).
This annual festival brings together all the Asian communities in Arizona to celebrate the Happy Lunar New Year.
During our visit we had the pleasure of stopping by many of the vendor booths that had very delicious foods and we had the great opportunity to take an interview with Ms. Charmel Dela Cruz (left) and Ms. Joy Clemente (right) owners of Asean Treasures and Gallery, a new Asian Furniture Showroom at the Mekong Plaza.
Hope you enjoy it below:
They also had the honor of enjoying an beautiful Taiko performance by Master Ken Koshio and his son and enjoy the many activities fun activities for the presented at their main stage.
We were also able to greet Ms. Maribel Concordia-Dillard (President of the Arizona Asian American Association) and many other AAAA members and we also found a very unique Custom & Racing Automotive Product company from Japan, by the name of Kyoei USA! Here we can see these amazing luxury cars full customized!
Come join us next year for this great event!
